After 5 years in business…

Amidst the global pandemic in 2020, we had to make the decision to rebrand in a way that would allow us to reach a larger audience. We knew that we had an exception product and wanted to figure out how to distribute on a national scale. We curated a lineup of our best and brightest crowd-pleasing products from the patisserie and named it Spark Confectionary.

The name “Spark” was the obvious choice for us because we wanted our products to spark a moment of joy in someone’s day. All of the offerings from Spark are meant to enjoyed, shared, or gifted, and are available online as well as in independent retailers throughout the country.

We take pride in our products. Everything is made in a small-batch kitchen with the highest quality ingredients; which makes a difference you can truly taste.
