Irish Cream is making it's way into many treats this St. Patty's day, including macarons, croissants, mousse cups, cheesecake, and even a specialty latte for the month of March. Nothing pairs better with Irish Cream than chocolate, so you'll find the two flavors together more often than not. We can't get enough of Irish Cream!
The Hailey is one of our old favorites- an Irish cream mousse and coffee ganache petit gateau. It's rich and decadent with just the right amount of Irish cream to add a the perfect St. Patty's day twist.
Our new mousse cups come in a variety of flavors, but what we're most excited about is our chocolate and Irish Cream mousse cup. Layers of mousse with cake and Chantilly cream bring these cups over the top!
