Now Hiring: Catering Manager
Looking for a qualified candidate to handle corporate catering sales. Must be professional, punctual, and friendly. Must provide excellent customer service and possess exceptional communication and organizational skills. The Catering Coordinator must be able to work closely with others in a team environment but also independently.
Key areas of responsibility include the following:
• Executes catering orders from receipt of an order to fulfillment, payment, and delivery.
• Partners with management to ensure that appropriate product and resources are planned and available to meet demand.
• Builds catering sales within the restaurant by performing customer call-backs and building customer relationships.
• Performs the data entry of all catering customers into the centralized catering database.
• Assists in the operations of the restaurant as needed.
