The Anastasia is made up of layers of dulce de leche mousse, vanilla cake, coffee ganache, and white crunchy pearls; all topped with a caramel glaze.

ANGELICA

The Angelica is made up of layers of passion fruit mousse, coconut dacquoise, and mango mousse; all topped with a passion fruit glaze.

ANNA

The Anna is made up of layers of nutella mousse, vanilla cake, and hazelnut praline crunch, all topped with a dark chocolate glaze.

CAMILA

The Camila is made up of layers of chocolate mousse, vanilla cake, and coffee ganache; all topped with a dark chocolate glaze.

CAROLINE

The Caroline is made up of layers of chocolate peanut butter mousse, chocolate cake, dulce de leche mousse, and crunchy pearls; all topped with a caramel glaze.

Kitina

The Kitina is made up of layers of chocolate cake and dulce de leche, with buttercream and dulce de leche around the outside. It is topped with French meringues and chocolate pieces.

CHAJA

The Chaja is made up of almond dacquoise layered with fresh strawberries and chantilly cream. It is decorated with chantilly cream and crushed French meringue around the outside.

OPERA CAKE

The Opera Cake is made up of thinly layered almond jaconde with chocolate ganache and coffee buttercream.

CHEESECAKES

Our cheesecakes are made up of graham cracker crust, a layer of cheesecake, and topped with a mousse of your choice. The mousse flavors available are: strawberry, blueberry, raspberry, mango, lemon, passion fruit, dulce de leche, nutella, and chocolate peanut butter.
