Available exclusively for the month of February, the Eve, our most popular cake, is a rich chocolate cake dipped in Grand Marnier, layered with fresh strawberries, and dirty iced in buttercream. It's decorated with an array of fresh berries, macarons, and chocolate pieces dusted in gold.
A Chaja is a traditional Uruguayan cake and the flavor offered changes seasonally. Currently, we are offering Peaches & Dulce De Leche- layers of almond dacquoise with peaches and dulce de leche layered throughout, with chantilly cream and crushed french meringue around the outside.
The Kitina is made up of layers of chocolate cake with dulce de leche in between and iced with vanilla buttercream. It's topped with dulce de leche, dark chocolate curls, and vanilla meringues.
